Super 8

I got a room that was good enough for a decent rest, but I’d book somewhere else if you can afford to. The Wi-Fi didn’t work, and after breakfast they don’t let you sit in the lobby. The lobby and breakfast area close after 9 AM. Late-night check-in is allowed, but you have to do it outside through a window.

The prices are good, and the rooms are always clean and spacious. Housekeeping does a great job, and the staff are super friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend it.

The price, rooms, hotel, and most of the staff were great. But one woman who runs the front desk was so rude and unwelcoming for no reason. Her name starts with S, but unfortunately I can’t pronounce or spell it. She seemed to be the owner or manager, though I don’t know. I’ve only stayed once, and I won’t be back because of her attitude. I couldn’t understand why she was so rude.

For the money, this is hard to beat. It’s easily the nicest Super 8 I’ve stayed at, and so well maintained that it’s hard to believe it’s a Super 8. Plus, there’s a Whataburger right across the street, so that’s a win.
