The Covington history woven through Hotel Covington was a lovely touch, and our room was both comfortable and beautiful. We were there for a birthday, and guest services were so helpful and hospitable with the surprise. Coppin’s drinks and brunch were delicious, especially the biscuits. Downtown puts you near lots of shops and restaurants, with the bridge to Cincinnati only a few minutes away. We loved our stay and plan to return!

Ms. Brooke Wyatt was the highlight of the evening. She took a few moments to share an engaging, informative history of the hotel, and her warmth, pride, and genuine care really came through. She treated me and the other guests wonderfully. The valet and bag attendants were courteous and knowledgeable, the front desk staff made me feel welcome, and the bartender was exceptionally delightful. This was my last stop before an early flight, and the hospitality was superstar level. When I return, Hotel Covington will be my choice again. Thank you for the memories.

Our daughter got married at the Madison this weekend, and our guests stayed across the street at The Hotel Covington. There were three wedding parties that weekend, and from what I could see, everyone received top notch service. The bell hops, housekeeping, front desk, bartenders, and the support staff I haven't named all went above and beyond to make our guests feel special. You made a special weekend even more memorable. You take hospitality to another level. Simply put, you're the best.

Everyone we dealt with was nice, polite, helpful, and gave great service. The location was okay too, close enough to walk to restaurants and breweries outside. Just keep in mind that above average violence and property crime are only a few blocks away when parking or walking around. There’s an active bar and restaurant on site if you’d rather not leave, and we saw maybe three or four weddings that weekend. Our room was clean and everything worked, but it felt old and badly in need of a makeover. The paint was chipped and things were beat up, so it didn’t feel as nice as the price suggests. Maybe it would seem nicer if you weren’t in hotels 50 weeks a year. The lobby smelled like old, stale perfume. They could use some ozone or oxygen pumped in to freshen it up, like a casino.
