Holiday Inn Covington by IHG

The staff were pleasant and accommodating throughout our visit, starting with Nico at check-in. He was welcoming, friendly, and willing to help. The lobby and hotel were decorated for fall. Our room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the shower had hot water and good pressure. We enjoyed cocktails in the evening and breakfast in the morning. The eggs were real, and the bacon came light, medium, and well done. We plan to stay at this Holiday inn Covington Louisiana again.

We were in town for a family member's wedding, and the booking site had made our reservation incorrectly. After a six-hour drive, finding out there was a problem left me unhappy. Daze quickly sorted it out, staying calm, welcoming, and professional. Amber later let me know Daze had taken care of the reservation. Another staff member with a long dark ponytail, working the afternoon of 10/11, was also wonderful and accommodating. I didn't get her name. The property was clean and nicely placed near restaurants, stores, gas stations, and other things you'd need for a weekend. Our room was spacious, the bed extremely comfortable, and the shower hot with great pressure. We liked the Dove products too. We'd definitely return, and I recommend it for a weekend in the area. Thanks for a great stay!

A pleasant, clean place with courteous front desk staff and a decently sized unit. I couldn't tell if the building was new, but it had been renovated very recently and felt almost new.

The room and hotel were clean and comfortable, and the location in Covington was good. What really made check-in stand out was Daze, I believe that's his name. He was friendly, professional, and very helpful, taking care of our questions and needs right away. We'd had a difficult day, and talking with him was a pleasure. Thank you, Daze.
