I really enjoyed my 9 days here, and the money was well spent. The staff are amazing. They let me stay even though they say cats aren’t allowed. I assured the district manager my cat IS fixed, so she would NOT spray and make the place stinky.

The location and service were great, but I was unimpressed with the room. Some of the light switches did nothing, and there was a long black hair stuck on the shower wall. The fridge still had leftovers, and the heat was on when I arrived. They put me in an accessible room, but its shower head holder was broken and mounted so low I couldn’t get underneath it.

We had enough points to get the room free, which was a nice bonus. The suite was very clean, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The woman who checked us in was friendly and glad we were members, and she let us choose two snacks to take to the room. The woman who checked us out was friendly too. The hotel was easy to find, right off the interstate, and I definitely recommend it.

Ryan at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean, and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was above average for this kind of hotel, with a good selection and everything fresh and hot.
