BEST WESTERN Plus Crawfordsville Hotel

We keep coming back because the rooms are clean and the staff are great. Breakfast has been a letdown, with watery gravy and juice and limp bacon, though food isn't why I stay here. The highway entrance is also too dark and difficult to spot at night.

The staff helped with everything we needed for our daughter's sweet 16, and the girls could use the pool. The conference room was just right, and both it and the pool were very clean. Thanks for helping make the party a success!

I normally check the room before bringing in my luggage, but skipped that this time. After 10 pm, when I pulled back the bed, both the sheets and blanket were dirty and stained. The front desk couldn't remake it, so the woman there offered to come up herself. Even the replacement sheets had stains, and there was hair in the shower. I travel for work and stay in plenty of hotels, and I wouldn't stay here again. In response to the hotel's comment, it was already after 10 pm and I was ready for bed. Who wants to move all their things then? If a place isn't clean or safe, I'll let people know, and yes, it'll get a negative review.

Mitch from the kitchen was so courteous and went out of his way to make breakfast memorable. My husband and I were in town for a family reunion, and the service was amazing. Breakfast was good too.
