The price was good, and I’d recommend staying here. The staff were really nice and seemed glad to have us. Any issues I had were either manageable or taken care of by the staff right away, always with a smile. I’m looking forward to coming back.

Bed bugs. A few of our guys checked in and stayed two nights, and one caught four of them and put them in a baggie. The manager refused to refund the money they’d paid for the rest of the week. This place is disgusting. Don’t stay here or stop in.

Everything was awful. The bed was dirty, the water stank, and there was even a small mouse in the room. The door wouldn’t close, and the supposedly free Wi-Fi wouldn’t load anything. They’re charging $75 a night? I’d rather sleep in my car.

It has the basics for a stay: AC, a bed, shower, TV, fridge, and microwave. The older building could use remodeling and new everything. My microwave door wouldn’t stay shut, and once I got it shut, it wouldn’t open, so I brought my own microwave. The bathroom door wouldn’t close, and the vent didn’t work. The old box TV has cable, though some channels are static, which could be fixed. With a little effort on a few things, they could get more attention and better ratings. Still, it’s better than sleeping outside.

The owner, manager, and his family, who are the staff, seem friendly, and the other guests I’ve chatted with now and then have been nice too. It’s been around a long time and has a bit of a reputation, but being outside town is a plus if you want to get away from traffic. The TVs need replacing, though the AC works and there’s a microwave and fridge in the room. I think some people should give it a chance, or another chance.
