I’ve been here every week for months because of work, and the staff are always great. Rooms are clean and comfortable. More TV channels would be nice, but I usually plug my Roku into the TV and stream. Breakfast is amazing and a good way to start a workday. Coming off work to warm, gooey chocolate chip cookies in the lobby was lovely, and the hot tub was a great way to unwind. The elevator sounded like it was being murdered whenever it opened, which was mildly annoying at first. After a while, though, it just made me laugh.

The morning staff offered to move me, but I decided it wasn’t worth the hassle. My account notes say I don’t want a room near an elevator, yet my door was only 15 small paces away. Across the hall, a dog barked every time someone walked down the hallway. I stayed two nights just before Thanksgiving. The woman at the evening front desk was rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional on the phone when I made the reservation, and I nearly hung up to find somewhere else. She was nosey at check-in too, and so unhelpful that I waited for the morning staff to ask for anything.

The lobby was clean, the staff were nice, and the hotel itself was nice. Breakfast was the best I’ve had in years. My remote was gross, though that may not be the case in every room.

We were in town for a Purdue Football weekend. Check-in went fine and the room seemed nice, but once we went to bed the AC unit was so noisy it was impossible to sleep. I told the clerk, but she said the managers were on vacation and she couldn’t do anything. I emailed the managers a video of the racket and still haven’t heard back.

The hot breakfast was the best I’ve had. The room was clean, the staff friendly, and the hot tub was nice. It was quiet and I slept well.
