We ended up choosing this place after failing to find anything affordable in Durham or Raleigh that wasn't infested or in a bad crime area. I'm glad we did. The staff were welcoming, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. It's a really good value, especially for an Econo Lodge, and not far from Durham at all. If you're traveling by car, I'd definitely check it out.

As a truck driver, I'd never go back. They charge $30 regardless of how long you stay, and the truck parking is just a dirt lot with potholes big enough to get a truck stuck or overturn a trailer. Your truck, your life.

We had to wait about 15 minutes before anyone came to the front desk. Nobody was there until we called the main number to let them know. The bed was comfortable, but when we went to shower, one of the bath towels had what looked like blood or something similar on it.

The room didn't have much heat, which was the only problem. A guy came to check it and said that's because we were on the first floor. If you can't get to the second floor, expect to be cold.

For a great price, I got a really nice room and good service. I usually go so cheap that I have to put up with dingy, old rooms, but this one felt new and was comfortable. The guy at the front was smart, efficient, and helpful.
