Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Easton

Tiffany and Briana at the front desk were excellent, and they let us check out very late, which helped since we couldn’t get into our reunion lodging until 4 p.m. and had perishables with us. We’d arrived a day early for a family reunion and stayed one night. Check-in was the quickest and easiest we’ve ever had. The hotel was quiet and nice, with a good breakfast. There are fabulous farm stands all over, by the way. A very good hotel!

The staff made the stay feel welcoming, from the front desk to housekeeping. They were friendly and attentive without hovering, and I felt like a valued guest. The common areas were clean and bright, with comfortable places to sit or work, and the property felt safe, quiet, and well managed. My room was spotless and comfortable, with fresh linens, a supportive bed, modern bathroom fixtures, and a handy workspace and sitting area. Breakfast was another highlight: plenty of hot and cold choices, including eggs, breakfast meats, waffles, fruit, yogurt, and more. Everything was well stocked, and staff kept the area tidy. My recent stay at Fairfield Inn & Suites Easton was seamless from arrival through checkout. I was very pleased and would happily return or recommend this location to anyone visiting the area.

The room was nice, and the place was clean. I saw several people cleaning the lobby, bathrooms, and other shared spaces. Tiffany at the front desk really stood out: she communicated well, was great with customer service, and went beyond the usual front desk role by telling us about places to visit and things to do. We followed her suggestions. A great stop before heading to Delaware’s beaches.

My only drawback was the pillows. They were very soft and thin, and folding them up didn’t make them much more supportive. That could just be personal preference. Otherwise, the hotel was welcoming, with nice amenities and a very clean lobby and bedroom. The hot breakfast was simple but tasty.
