Quality Inn & Suites Creedmoor - Butner

We only needed one night after a late flight into Charlotte before driving on to Norfolk. The location was convenient, and we didn't feel unsafe. They need a better setup for buying snacks and drinks, though. Please let people pay for those items by card.

The man at the front desk was horrible and showed no empathy toward someone in a bad situation whom I was just trying to help. For clarity, he's the Indian man. He even suggested I drive an hour to the hotel to pay a deposit because they “don't take cards over the phone.” I'm sure.

The room was really nice, with plenty of room to move around and relax. The staff were pleasant to deal with at check-in. The entrances to the parking lot from the road were in bad shape because of construction.

The rooms are nasty and stink, and the staff are very rude. One woman looks at you like you're nothing, as if she's better than everyone else, and I don't know why. I'm not staying here anymore.
