The place was very clean, and we had a nice stay at Black Bear lodge for our family reunion in Crested Butte during May mud season. The condo had two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and a pleasant deck. Parking was in a secured garage, the hot tub was easy to reach, and we could walk downtown or catch the regular bus. Ski lockers are by the main entrance for ski season. They also provided robes for the hot tub, cooking and dining supplies, extra towels, pillows and blankets, plus fans for white noise. Pets are welcome as long as they stay off the furniture. My only complaint was the checkout request to start the laundry, take out trash and recycling, and wash the dishes, especially since the booking also included a cleaning fee. Still, we enjoyed it and I’d highly recommend staying here.

Getting to the slopes on foot was easy, and the condos have lots of room. Everything felt clean and fresh.

There are ski lockers and a heated parking garage, and the west wall lift is right nearby.

We had trouble with parking because one of the condo owners harassed us about it. Inside, the place was dirty and the mattress was worn out.

A bus stop is very close, and the mountain is nearby too. Great location.
