In the morning, when we turned on the lights, several cockroaches were running along the walls. There was no one at the front desk when we left, so we couldn't complain. The floor and carpet felt sticky, and the bathroom tiles were all loose, making horrible loud noises underfoot. I called the desk; she said she'd tell maintenance in the morning, didn't offer to move us, and hung up. When we arrived, we had to wait five minutes for the desk worker to come out from the back to check us in. This was the worst stay we've ever had at a Holiday Inn Express. Totally unsatisfied.

The room was quiet and comfortable, with a convenient layout, and the shower water was hot. I picked the Holiday Inn in Crestview for a quick stop while crossing the panhandle. Friendly staff, clean room, and an easy stay. I'd certainly stop here again.

We were in town visiting family for a military retirement, and the location worked perfectly for us. Our family of four stayed six nights and felt comfortable, cared for, and at home. The employees we met were friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout. The hotel was very clean, the kids loved the pool, and breakfast was delicious every morning. It was an amazing stay from beginning to end. Highly recommend!

The breakfast was hot and offered lots of delicious options, and the bed was so comfortable, with the best pillow I've ever used. Lexus made us feel welcome with a warm smile and a great personality. She helped us book our reservation smoothly and gave excellent service. Thanks to her and the rest of the staff, we had a wonderful stay from start to finish. Highly recommend!
