The egg bites at breakfast were the best part of the spread. Our room was clean and quiet, and breakfast was great. Monica at the front desk was the standout, though. While my family waited for me to finish work and arrive, she put cartoons on for my grandbaby and kept her entertained. She was so hospitable to all of them.

I disputed a $160 charge for alleged linen damage with my credit card company, and afterward my Hilton Honors membership was removed. The hotel also tried to get the disputed amount from a family member of mine who works for Hilton at another location, saying he was responsible for it. That put him in a very uncomfortable position. The charge came after I was accused of destroying hotel property. The photos staff showed me, and attached to this review, appear to show makeup residue on white linens. To me, that looks like ordinary hotel use, and makeup stains are usually handled through standard laundry procedures. I wasn’t given evidence that the linens had been laundered or professionally cleaned before they were called “destroyed.” Based on what happened, the damage claim felt unfair and unsupported. In my experience, a significant fee can be assessed without clear proof of irreversible damage. I’d caution others to document the room’s condition when arriving and leaving, and to check any charges made after their stay. I wouldn’t recommend this location.

We were close to downtown Crestview and the restaurants, with the hotel right off the highway. I stayed at Home2Suites for 6 days and had a great time. Christy and Kacy at the front desk were friendly and helpful, the rooms were nice, and breakfast was pretty good. I’d stay again if I’m in the area.

Traveling with three kids, we really appreciated how kind Monica was, and Andrew was an absolute doll. The service made an already great stay even better. The place was exceptionally clean and well maintained, with clean rooms, superb amenities, and the best breakfast we’ve had in a while. It’s right by the interstate but you don’t hear the traffic. We’ll stay here whenever we can.
