The new management really makes you feel at home. Check-in was easy, the maid service was top notch, and breakfast was convenient. I loved the very hot shower water, especially with my back problems, and the beds were amazing. There are no parties, drugs, or loud music, and it doesn’t feel scary to stay here. They’ll have the light on and someone waiting for you at the office 24/7. This Red Roof motel is one of the best in Crestview. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

A few months ago, I stayed at the Red Roof Inn and wasn’t impressed, with no plan to return. But I was back in town last week and needed a room, and what a change. It looked like new ownership or at least new management had transformed the place. Everything looked clean, inviting, and well maintained. The staff were friendly and incredibly helpful. I especially want to commend the Hispanic woman who seemed to be in charge. She was professional and went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable. After this stay, I’m a Red Roof Inn fan again. It’s my go-to hotel when I’m in the area.

Housekeeping kept the room tidy and stocked, and the front desk staff were polite and helpful. Check-in and check-out were quick, and they were happy to answer questions or bring extra towels. The room was clean, with fresh towels, sheets, and soft pillows. The bed was comfortable, and the floor and furniture looked tidy, with nothing feeling dirty or worn. The bathroom was clean too. The air conditioner worked properly, the TV had lots of channels, and the Wi-Fi connected easily without issues. It’s a simple, comfortable place with the basics you need for a good stay, and it did the job without problems.

Parking was easy, and I felt safe during my visit. The management clearly takes pride in keeping the property in good shape and focused on guests. My room was spotless and comfortable, and surprisingly quiet, so I slept well. The housekeeping team kept everything fresh and tidy, while the friendly, professional staff made me feel welcome from check-in through check-out. I’ve stayed at plenty of budget hotels, and this one stands out for cleanliness, comfort, and service. I’d recommend it if you need an affordable, reliable place.
