Century Casino & Hotel Cripple Creek

The Mid City Grill was a highlight. The service and food were outstanding, and the prime rib we had the first night was honestly the best I've ever had. Every staff member we met was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean, comfortable, roomy, and lovely. We were just one floor above the casino and couldn't hear it. Our room faced Bennet Ave, but outside noise was minimal too. We arrived three hours before check-in, and the associate checked whether the room was ready. It was almost done, so he offered to call, and he did less than an hour later. He checked us in and signed us up for players cards with enough perks that all five of our meals there cost us under $40. My husband and I also each got $55 in casino play credits. Checkout took about five seconds. My husband spent a lot of time in the clean, uncrowded casino and liked the slots while I attended a conference. Check-in and the whole stay were easy, and I'd happily return. No complaints, an easy 5+ star rating. Thank you for a very enjoyable stay!

The free breakfast covered up to $20 per person, and the food was absolutely delicious. The room was nice, the atmosphere was great, and the staff were outstanding. They also took care of a few issues I caused without hesitation. We'll definitely stay here when we return to Cripple Creek.

Every employee we met was welcoming, and our meals were just as impressive as check-in. Trevor at Mid City Grill was attentive, friendly, and quick with the service. Brandi made check-in fast and was wonderfully friendly, with phenomenal customer service. We enjoyed the stay from beginning to end and will definitely visit again.

I visited in 2010, and from what I hear, the service is still just as good. I remember seeing burros at the corner that first morning, then going inside to buy food for them. It was so cool. I'm hoping to make it back this summer, business permitting, and if I do, I'll stay at the century.
