Our stay was great. The rooms felt brand new, the beds were so comfortable, and every inch of the hotel looked immaculately clean. I even told my husband it seemed like the place had just opened. Front desk staff member Ken was so sweet. Don't pay attention to the bad reviews, this is a great hotel and we'd highly recommend it!

This is my regular pick in the east valley. Coffee service starts around 500am, and the breakfast is unbelievable. Friendly service, and the rooms are amazing for the price. Highly recommend.

We come here often because the hotel is always clean and the staff are wonderful and helpful. The hot breakfast is a big plus, and the accessible rooms are truly accessible.

My husband recently stayed here and was waiting for a Lyft when someone who identified himself as the "manager" came out and harassed him about the long wait. My husband told him he was a rewards member and that he'd never been treated that way before. He managed to secretly record a video, which I'll post on Snapchat's Spotlight, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts, and share with cooperate. This is discrimination, and it's 100% illegal! Other things hint at very poor management and only support his claim. A paralegal has agreed to investigate. Please let me know if anyone else has had a similar experience. Thank you.

Had a really restful night. Great beds, fresh coffee whenever, and a kind front desk. Absolutely amazing, a must visit if you want to stay in a hotel!
