Crookston Inn And Convention Center

The place was gross and very dirty. I had to go to Walmart for cleaning supplies so I could wipe everything down myself. My key card failed four separate times, so I kept having to return to the front desk to get it reprogrammed. I don’t recommend staying here.

Allison and Kylie were working so hard, sweating and looking after everyone, and somehow stayed kind and calm even though they were so busy. They deserve top pay. You don’t come across employees like that often. The place has that small-town, hometown feel, and you can tell the difference with a locally owned place. If you’ve got an event, they’ll take good care of you. I’d pick them over anywhere and will definitely be back next year.

For this price, it was great. The room was spacious and clean, with a jacuzzi in the main room, not the bathroom. They had all the things you’d expect, plus a surprisingly impressive continental breakfast. The pool and hot tub were both bigger than I expected, too. We’re leaving after staying last night, and I figured the place deserved a review. If you’re looking at hotels around here, you can’t go wrong with this one.

The room had a strange smell, and the parking lot could use a cleanup. Staff could’ve been friendlier. It did what I needed, but I don’t think I’ll be back.
