For $120 a night, I expected the plumbing to work better. I had to be careful flushing the toilet so it wouldn't overflow, and after taking a shower that evening, I found it hadn't drained by the next morning. Another customer complained about the plumbing before I checked in. The front desk said it only affected the first floor, but I was on the second. The room was clean and the bed comfortable, which covered two things I need most from a hotel, sleep and a shower. It's in a great spot, next to Buc-ee and with several restaurants easy to reach, but I'll pass next time.

Really liked the room's design. The beds were comfortable, the shower was great, and breakfast was good too. Had a great stay and will definitely come back.

The air conditioning worked flawlessly, and the room was clean, comfortable, and just right. This hotel is well placed for plans around Crossville, close to the square and Bucees. My only gripe was at checkout, when I said good morning to housekeeping and got very clearly ignored. Maybe she was just having a rough morning.

The AC and heat unit's fan in our room was a bit noisy, but that's the only downside. The hotel is quiet, clean, and in a great location, with really comfortable beds. Every staff member was great, from making the reservation right through checkout.

The rooms were clean and spacious, and I'd stay here again. We were just in for one night, but the staff were really friendly. My husband's pants had a hole in the pocket, so I asked the man at the front desk if we could borrow a stapler for now. He let us use it and gave us two sewing kits, saying, “Here. Use these later when you have more time to do a proper repair.”
