The beds and floors were clean, the room had a nice view, and the water temperature and pressure were great. For the price and location, it worked out, and there was a coffee maker, microwave, TV, desk and chair, hangers, iron and board, closet, plus some toiletries. We didn't have body wash, and the bar soap barely lathered. There was hardly any shampoo left either. We stopped for one night because we wanted to be near Philly without staying downtown. A storm had hit the area a few days earlier, so the lot and a lot of roads were inaccessible, though that's not the hotel's fault. The entrance was busy and dirty from the salt and ice. The lobby had a couple of odd guests in the evening and again at breakfast. The front desk was neither welcoming nor rude. The rooms need more thorough cleaning. There were scuffs and broken things, and the bathroom could use a deeper clean now and then. Some furniture needs replacing, and past repairs look poorly done. The place didn't feel dirty as a whole, but it needs work. Breakfast was just okay. They had toast, eggs, sausage patties, yogurt, milk and cereal, coffee, and juice, but there were no cereal bowls, no juice choices, no muffins, and no cups or bowls. I'm guessing deliveries were late because of the snow. The breakfast lady was the nicest person there. Please don't try the sausage patties, they're awful. I'd stay again, but I'd also look around at other places.

Update: since my last review, the hotel staff have listened and done what they can to make transportation more dependable. Thanks for making those changes. Before that, I'd tried the hotel twice and had trouble with the shuttle both times. On my first visit, they promised it for a set time so I'd have plenty of time for my flight, but when I arrived it had left five minutes earlier. That meant another half hour wait. The second time, I was told it'd be there in 10-15 minutes. It took three calls and 45 minutes before it showed up. The hotel is fine, but I wouldn't have counted on the shuttle then. Don't take those arrival times for granted.

I was in town for an urgent vet visit with my pet and had to check out earlier than planned. General Manager Bilal McCoy and the front desk team made a difficult time easier. Aneesah and Kashef quickly arranged the early checkout and adjusted the fee without any fuss. I also had an Amazon package delivered with supplies my pet needed, and they let me know as soon as each item arrived. That made the whole process much less stressful. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location is handy: right beside Cracker Barrel and across from Royal Farms, with hot food, snacks, and drinks just steps away. Bilal, Kashef, Aneesah, and the whole team were attentive and professional. I had a positive stay thanks to their care.

The shuttle was a problem on both legs of our park, stay, and fly trip. When we were leaving, there wasn't a driver, so the hotel had to call the neighboring hotel next door for a shuttle. That added 20 minutes. Coming back, we were told the driver had just left the airport and would return in about 20 minutes. After 35 minutes waiting, I called and was told the shuttle hadn't even left and was showing as parked next door. The staff member tried calling, got no answer, then had to walk over to find the driver. Another 10-15 minutes later she called back and said he'd never received the first request and would leave shortly. We'd already waited around 50 minutes, so we took an Uber instead. Very disorganized, don't rely on that shuttle. We stayed in mid February '26. The lobby was somewhat dirty, with stained couches, and the elevator wasn't working properly. The rooms were small and not very clean, with extremely thin blankets.
