Home2 Suites by Hilton Cumming Atlanta

The hotel had a calm feel and was clean and well kept. AJ, the manager, was welcoming and attentive, and seemed to care about both guests and staff. Makylia at reception made check-in quick and easy, greeting me with a warm smile and making sure I was comfortable. She was friendly and professional, and went out of her way to help. AJ and Makylia made my visit memorable. I’d definitely come back and recommend staying here.

I stayed here for a long time, and the housekeeping team was careful and dependable throughout. They worked around the time of day we wanted the room cleaned, accommodated special requests and notes, and never moved our belongings. The front desk was always available to help with messages, packages, and other needs. They’d even chat with us at the end of a long day. Management was around during the day and open to questions and feedback. The whole place was exceptionally clean. There was no dust, mold, hair, or trash in the rooms or common areas. It’s a great place to stay.

I really like the rooms and hope the breakfast options improve, because right now the celiac-safe choices were just unpeeled fruit and a boiled egg. I couldn’t tell whether the yogurt was safe, and the staff didn’t seem very familiar with gluten-free needs. The drink dispenser was watered down, and the water wasn’t filtered. I’m not used to the local Georgia taste of soil and algae in the water, so I didn’t enjoy it. Construction nearby made things a bit noisy, though it was manageable and temporary. I’d like to stay again and feel I got the value I paid for.

Becca at the front desk made me feel welcome and cared for from the moment I walked into Home2’s doors, and every time I passed her during my stay. All the staff were welcoming, but she really stood out. I had a fantastic weekend here while visiting friends and just needed a convenient place to sleep. Booking was simple and the prices were fair. Based on Becca’s sweetness alone, I wouldn’t recommend anywhere else. Great service!
