10/10
The lobby has a lovely lodge feel, with big windows looking out toward the woods and what seemed to be a waterfall or fountain. It wasn't running while we were there. Our room was comfortable, very clean, and well equipped. The hotel was full, but we never heard noise from other rooms, and breakfast each morning was terrific. It was a bit pricey for a Holiday Inn, but very nice and convenient for everything in Custer. We'd stay again.
10/10
We've stayed at this hotel three times, and the rooms have always been clean and comfortable. The service is amazing and everyone is super friendly. It's close to the main part of Custer and only 15 minutes from the park. We've never had any issues and highly recommend it.
10/10
The pool was great and our room was clean. The night shift team, a woman and a new guy, were especially kind and helpful.
10/10
We stayed the night on 11/5. The room was clean, with plenty of towels, hot water, and a nice shower. There was a tub and shower too, though we didn't use the tub. Breakfast had eggs, bacon, sausage, and pancakes you could make yourself. It's close to Mt. Rushmore, Crazy Horse, and Custer Park, and had everything we needed for a good price.
2/10
This place is pretty dank. The room had dead bugs and dings and dents all over the walls. The whole building smelled like old cigarettes, and the entry and main stairwell looked like they hadn't been cleaned in ages. Do better.
