The kids loved piling onto the pullout couch, and the pool was a hit too. For our family of six and two dogs, the room setup worked really well: it was spacious, had a small kitchen, and doors separated the beds from the living room and kitchen. There were even two phone chargers in the room, which helped with all our devices. Breakfast at the Hyatt was fantastic. The milk, apple juice, and orange juice were kept on a chilled pad, and there were lots of drink choices. The food was better than a typical hotel breakfast, with French toast instead of the usual waffles, tasty scrambled eggs, and sausage patties rather than bacon. The breakfast area had plenty of seats, so it never felt crowded. Everything felt fresh, clean, and new, as if the property had been renovated recently. We had a really pleasant stay and would absolutely return.

There are some good food options just a few steps away, and the hotel itself offers excellent value in a relaxing setting. It’s had extensive renovations that have improved the place. The front desk team were gracious and professional, so check-in was easy. Management seemed intuitive and proactive about making sure the stay went well, and the breakfast team worked hard to keep everything clean and fresh. I look forward to coming back.

The hotel was decent apart from the noise and breakfast. Nobody told me construction was going on, and the day care next door was loud. My boyfriend works nights, so it was hard for him to get proper sleep during the day. Breakfast could’ve been better.

For the small price we paid, I’d stay again. The service was fantastic and they were accommodating when we made requests. We enjoyed our time at the Hyatt House Cypress, and the breakfast was good, as were the outdoor facilities. The one-bedroom suite was okay but needs updating. The kitchen was dirty and there were used sheets in the TV console, but we asked for fresh ones and they arrived right away.

Da Vien Coffee is right next door if you want a stronger caffeine fix, and it’s a popular local place for coffee drinks. At the hotel, I especially liked the miso soup station and the milk alternatives at the coffee bar. The complimentary breakfast was fresh and well stocked, and everyone on staff we met was friendly. We had a comfortable two-night stay and found the Hyatt House Cypress/Anaheim to be good value, with plenty of parking and private entry to the rooms. The rooms could’ve been a bit cleaner.
