My main concern was the dogs off leash. At every time of day, even late at night, there seemed to be one out. I had to watch carefully before getting out of our fifth wheel to walk our dog. I repeatedly picked up droppings in the grass near our trailer that weren't from my dog, and on several evenings a loose dog came right up to me at my truck door. I never saw or heard an owner nearby. Having large unfamiliar dogs approach in the dark isn't something I like. There's a dog park area, but it isn't fenced. Requiring leashes and fencing that area would help people feel safer. I hope both changes happen and we can come back. The RV park is conveniently located just off the highway in Draper. Sites are close together but manageable, and the bathroom, store, and laundry were adequate. The public areas seemed well maintained and were always clean.

I was passing through and stayed one night with my truck and 20' trailer. It cost $87.24, which felt expensive. The place is large and crowded beside an Interstate, with lots of permanent residents and cars in the "streets" that made it hard to maneuver the trailer. There's just one restroom location near the entrance, a long walk for anyone past the first five spots who doesn't want to use their own.

They gave us a Veterans discount, and every space is pull through, which makes getting in and out pretty easy if you have enough room to swing. But the sites are packed in, and the power and water setup isn't convenient. The connections serve two sites from one side, so one trailer has to run its power and water around or underneath another trailer. One rig was parked in the street with its slide-outs extended, limiting our turning room. It took extra maneuvering to get into our space, and we almost hit the power box for our site and our neighbor's.

The managers were very friendly and caring. It's pet friendly, and the laundry and bathrooms were clean.

The office staff are nice, and that's what the stars are for. Long-term residents have taken over the park, with no rules and rude behavior that can make your stay miserable. The posted rule says dogs must be leashed, but residents do what they want. They don't pick up after them, and the dogs aren't trained to stay or keep from running at people. One resident's "guest" let his dog come at me and my dog, couldn't call it back, and the magical GPS collar wasn't working. I had to pick up my shy pup. The man swore at me in front of kids and told his dogs "to go get me." Nothing was done to stop the off-leash behavior. The campers are close together, and people are in your business or staring in your windows. We moved our camper during the first nine days because of two pesky neighbors. Rent was $1100 a month until April, then $$1700 a month until October, over $400 a week. I saw the Facebook ad and had to correct some Good Sam information on nightly reviews. Three of us left because things were so bad, especially coming home after a 12-hour workday. The laundry room smells like cigarettes and weed after the office closes, and clothes get left in all the washers, with just five washers for the whole park. Those "HIGH END" amenities, my arse. Save your money and stay a little farther north or south.
