The breakfast felt personal, and the rooms worked perfectly for our family. Great location too. We'll be back.

I've stayed here a dozen times or so, and the room was comfortable, quiet, and nice. Nathan at the front desk was the hotel's standout for me, professional, really friendly, and very helpful. We arrived without a shower curtain, but they fixed it right away. The pool itself was nice, though the walls looked really dirty. The water was murky enough that I couldn't see the corner by the steps, which sticks out into the pool more than you'd expect, and I broke two toes there. At breakfast, the person running the buffet wasn't very nice and seemed a bit out of her depth planning for guests. Several times we had to wait for replacement food, once for more than 15 minutes. It wasn't a bad stay, but after about a dozen visits, it feels like the place needs serious cleaning and updates.

One thing to know: the window shades are electronic, with a switch beside the thermostat. I figured that out the hard way. Check-in and checkout through the Hilton Honors App were very easy. The place was very clean, and breakfast was simple but had a nice variety and was satisfying. I'd definitely stay again.

Natan at the front desk was professional and helped us with everything we needed. He made our stay fantastic. He deserves a raise!
