Breakfast had some nice choices, and I’d gladly stay here again. The hotel was clean and organized, so I felt comfortable as soon as I arrived.

This was my second visit, and both stays have gone great. Check-in through the app is quick and easy. Dustin at the front desk was friendly and helpful, which made everything smooth. I’ll stay here again when I’m traveling through the area.

The mattresses are really hard, with basically no give, though the blankets and pillows were lovely. Everything else was great too, and the building is gorgeous and brand new. The staff were friendly, especially Alexis. It would help to have an obvious outlet for the Keurig. Right now you have to lift the whole unit and its attachments and carry it to a plug, with the nightstand being the most obvious spot.

I’ve stayed here several times, but I won’t recommend it. On two visits there weren’t enough staff to clean my room. One time the fire alarm went off because of burnt toast and we had to evacuate. During my last stay, the alarm was sounding again; Crystal said there was nothing she could do, then hung up on me. When I went to the desk, she told me there was no manager on duty and I couldn’t speak to one. She stormed off and told the employee preparing breakfast what had happened instead of trying to help. I’ve been a Hilton Honors member since 2009. The customer service is awful, and the staff are unpleasant and unprofessional.
