The damp sheets were the worst part. We got into bed around 1:30 in the morning, felt how cold it was, and realized the sheets were still wet. We just had to get through the night. The room also smelled of weed when we arrived, and the smell woke us again around 4:30 a.m., despite this being a no-smoking hotel. There was mold coming through the wallpaper and across the bathtub and shower caulking. The sink light was out, leaving the room very dark, and the internet kept cutting in and out. Highway noise came through the thin walls all night. The staff member at checkout apologized when I told him about it. The check-in staff were nice and the location worked for us, but the room was nasty. It’s listed on Google as a Days Inn. I’m guessing corporate pulled out and they rebranded as Day Star. I didn’t catch that, or we probably wouldn’t have considered it. We won’t stay here again.

I drive OTR, and my truck’s AC went out, so I was really glad this place had parking for a truck and trailer. The room was very nice and clean, with no smells at all, and the front desk was kind and understanding. Thanks for all your help. I’ll come back when I’m in this part of TX, even if it’s just for one night. I’d give it 10 stars if I could.

As soon as we arrived, Mr. Vijay(P) made us feel welcome, and the atmosphere was great. He took care of us with genuine care, a smile, and a professional manner. Vijay(P) was outstanding, and everything was spot on. Great customer service.

There’s lots of room for truck parking, and the lobby coffee is good. Check-in was easy, the service was good, and the showers were hot.

We came through Dallas and needed a place for the night, but this room was disgusting. We arrived at 1 a.m. and paid $140 for somewhere filthy, with dirty towels, no trash bag in the bin, and a dirty shower. Stay away. This place needs to be condemned, and the owners should be ashamed.
