The room was modern and exceptionally clean, and those beds were fantastically comfortable. I absolutely loved my stay and would highly recommend it. I'll definitely be back. If you're going to a concert at the American Airlines Center, it's right across the street, less than a block away. You can walk there from your room in under five minutes.

We've come to Dallas for an event at the AA Arena for the past five years and tried a different place each time. That's over now. The Guild is less than two blocks away and has a really nice apartment with a great layout. The living room, kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms were all just right. The balcony had a good view, and the apartment felt very secure. The price is more than fair, and I can't say enough good things about it. Highly recommend.

We booked The Guild for a nearby wedding and were so impressed by the apartment. It was clean, spacious, and nicely decorated, with everything we needed. The location is close to everything downtown, so you don't even need a car. I just wish we'd had more time to enjoy the apartment and the area. Check-in was a breeze. If you're looking for a great place to stay, this is it. The Guild is my favorite, and I really appreciated the excellent experience.

There was a mistake in our room access code, but they fixed it quickly and were very responsive. The apartment has so many thoughtful things, from earplugs for the morning noise and makeup remover wipes to olive oil, Tide pods, chilled beer mugs, and cleaning products. The record player and other little details were nice touches. Being only a block from the American Airlines stadium made it easy to walk over and avoid driving or parking in the crowds. I'll definitely stay again next time I'm in Dallas.

Once we got inside, the room was unbelievable. The pool and relaxation area were great, and it's only minutes from the arena. We went to a Mavs game and were extremely impressed. I'll be back, and I'm sure it will be even better when the weather's warmer and we know what to do from the start. Arrival was confusing, though. We weren't sure where to go or what to do, and I had to stay in contact by phone until we found our way. It would've helped to have someone on the property. At the same time, having no one there means avoiding the lines and logjams you get at hotel check-in. I changed the star rating after thinking about it. Awesome place!
