Hôtel Swexan

We only stopped for a drink because we had dinner plans, but we got to enjoy a lovely sunset with our baby. Friends had recommended Leonie, the rooftop restaurant, so my family and I visited Swexan on Christmas Eve afternoon while staying at another nearby hotel. It was quiet and relaxed, and the welcoming staff gave our baby a Swexan teddy bear. Since it was her first Christmas, that thoughtful gift made the visit extra special. The hotel feels boutique and cozy, with a refined feel despite not having a large lobby. First impressions were great. We’re planning to visit again and maybe stay overnight next time.

Housekeeping deserves a shout-out. I’ve never stayed somewhere this clean, and they cleaned our room twice a day, so we always had fresh towels. We had a great Valentine’s weekend here. Everything from the room to the service was great. Thanks for a lovely stay. We’ll be back.

The room views were impeccable, and the property has a gorgeous, genuinely luxurious feel. My biggest thanks go to the front office team. Savannah, Irene, and everyone I met made the stay special. The in-room massage was absolutely worth it, and Trayce was amazing. I can’t recommend Leonie, one of the on-site restaurants, though. I’d spend my time and money at one of the other excellent restaurants on the property. Even with that dinner experience, I can’t say enough about how great the hotel and its staff were. Thanks to the team for such a wonderful weekend. I’ll definitely be back.

Lori at the front desk was the highlight of my stay. She told us about Hotel Swexan and helped us find our way to a great evening in the lobby and bar, with drinks, lovely music, a beautiful fireplace, small bites, and wine. We also had breakfast at the hotel and enjoyed it. The room had a Panasonic view that gave me a chance to reflect on my journey. The hotel is in a perfect spot in uptown Dallas. Thanks to Lori and the rest of the staff for a memorable stay.
