We didn't get maid service during our two-night stay, which was disappointing. Still, I liked the historic building and especially the lobby wall of photos showing its original setting. There's a Starbucks on the first floor, and the breakfast buffet on the second had a good range of choices each day. The Hampton Inn & Suites Dallas Downtown is in the heart of the city, within walking distance of the AT&T Discovery District, restaurants, museums, the JFK landmark, and more. The atmosphere and location make it a place I'd consider staying at again.

My family and I come here every time we're on vacation, and the staff make us feel like family. They even send follow-up texts to check that we're safe and comfortable. Carlos at the front desk went out of his way to find us the perfect room, and the valet attendants were friendly and helpful. Richard deserves thanks too: the valet team kept my car safe and had it ready up front when I asked. The breakfast is great, the view is beautiful, and there's a gym. My wife and kids love the place. We always get amazing service at Hampton Inn & Suites Downtown Dallas on Commerce Street, 10/10.

My experience had been pretty unpleasant, but Quinn at the SpringHill Marriott valet completely changed my day. He was energetic, positive, professional, and so accommodating. His genuine kindness made me feel welcome and looked after, turning things around in just a few minutes. Customer service like that is rare, and Quinn really went above and beyond. SpringHill Marriott is lucky to have him representing the team.

The indoor pool was gorgeous, and our kids had a blast there. The room was clean and spacious, the beds were super comfy, and the complimentary breakfast was big and fancy. Staff were wonderful and attentive. We'll definitely come back, highly recommend it for families.

The front desk staff were very helpful. Our room was nice, and the king bed was firm, which suited me perfectly. Having both a waterfall shower and a standard shower head was a nice touch.
