At least four other vehicles were broken into during our stay, along with ours. It seemed shockingly easy for this to happen, even though we parked up front under the lights and cameras. From the way it all happened, it felt like someone connected to the hotel might have been involved. We've called every day since, but the manager is never available. We're repeatedly told they'll call us back, and they never do. The lack of accountability or concern is unbelievable.

Even though I'd booked more than a month in advance as a Hilton Honors member, I didn't get the room I reserved. I made the booking in the Hilton Honors app on 1 November for a King bed suite on 5 December. At check-in through the app, I chose the only room available. When I arrived, they put me in the only available room, which had two full-size beds. They also said a King room, if one had been available, would have cost nearly twice what I'd reserved it for. This hotel seems dishonest and more concerned with profits than customer care.

The suite was like a small apartment, clean and well furnished. The hotel was nice, reasonably priced, and close to stores and restaurants.

The hotel was okay, and the staff were reasonably pleasant. The services could be better. The Hilton website listed a kitchenette, but there wasn’t one in my room.
