There were five separate stains on the rug, and garbage was piling up in the hallways. I was told rooms were cleaned every three days. When we asked after three days, they said they'd try but had lots of check-outs. It still wasn't cleaned, and neither was it after four days. I also requested fresh towels and was told they'd be brought to the room, but that didn't happen. Someone later called to say they were from ATM and that rooms are only cleaned if requested. At the front desk, an employee started yelling at me that it wasn't his fault and asked how I dared complain. This place should be closed. I wouldn't wish a stay here on my worst enemy.

During my September 9-13 stay, water leaked into room 607 on the night of September 12. It soaked my suitcase and the packaging for the COACH gifts I'd just bought. I reported it, but the front desk said the manager responsible wasn't available, so nobody could address the problem. They took a quick photo and moved me to another room. Since then, I haven't received a call or email, and nobody has discussed compensation with me. The service felt cold. Hilton Hotel's quality is really disappointing, and I'd recommend choosing another hotel.

We stayed four nights because the AC at home had stopped working. Check-in went smoothly, and the room was clean, but the cookware looked grimy and dingy, like it hadn't been cleaned properly, and needs replacing. The TV remotes in both rooms worked on only one of our four nights. I went to the desk for a replacement, but that one didn't work either. There's just one working elevator, and it's painfully slow. The plumbing backed up on our second night. Nobody came to fix it before checkout, despite my mentioning it to the front desk again. The toilet overflowed with dirty water, and I had to use all our towels to soak it up. Water even reached the bedroom. The area feels high-crime, and you need your key with you to get through the front doors into the lobby at any time of day. All in all, the stay had good and bad parts.

For a quick work trip, this place suited me well. It's handy for downtown without actually staying downtown, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I arrived late on a weekday, but check-in was fast and easy. My room was clean and quiet, with everything I needed for one night. It had a full kitchen with a fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and kitchenware, though I didn't use any of it. I grabbed breakfast before leaving. It was a decent continental spread with several hot choices, nothing fancy, and staff kept cleaning and restocking it.
