Dallas Love Field Inn

The accessible room's bed was very small and so high that I had trouble getting onto it. There were roaches, and no fridge or microwave in the room. The lobby microwave barely worked, the sink faucet came apart and stopped working, and the remote batteries were dead.

We couldn't get a refund or cancel, so we ended up feeling ripped off. We won't return. We booked through a third party for a family trip with two toddlers and a baby because the listing looked nice, but the place didn't match what was advertised. People were all over the property, including some who looked like they were tweaking and came close to our car. The first person I spoke with in the lobby was rude and made me wait before talking to me. We were told to wait until 3 to check in, or pay a $20.00 early check-in fee. Near 3 PM, my husband checked the room before we committed to staying. It was dirty and smelled bad, had no fridge or microwave, and only a regular lock, with no deadbolt. Neither of us felt safe enough to unload our bags or leave things in the car. It didn't feel like a safe place for a family.

The grounds are disgusting, and I had to disinfect my hands after touching the stair railing. The rooms are old and falling apart, with roaches everywhere. Staff have terrible attitudes and treat you like they don't want you there. It feels like they do everything they can to make your stay miserable. Foul all around.

Noise in the parking lot was out of control, with constant foot traffic and loud music. The Wi-Fi signal was too weak to connect, and the room had electrical problems that made the system blow when I tried to plug things in. Check-in and checkout were awful because the staff were rude. They also kept my $20 security deposit, saying I'd damaged the room. I didn't even sleep under the comforters. I brought my own blanket and pillows because I DO NOT trust hotels. I left the room clean, used my own towels, and kept my garbage in the grocery-store bags I'd brought my personal items in.
