The room was quiet, comfy, and spacious, and all the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast lady was awesome, and the waffles were delicious. The hot tub felt a bit cold on our first day, maybe because of the rain, but the front desk turned it up after we mentioned it. We had a wonderful stay and would come back.

The garage connected to each level made it easy to drop off our things, and that alone felt worth the parking fee. We chose Hyatt House for a two-night stay mainly because it’s close to AAC, and left with a good impression. Our studio comfortably fit three and came with utensils and cookware, a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, pullout sleeper, and bathtub. Some staff were kinder and more helpful than others, but we had no real problems. We’d stay again.

The breakfast area has a lovely lady who’s always a ray of sunshine. She greets me with a good morning and wishes me a great day as I head to work or wherever I’m going. She’s positive, upbeat, and wonderful. I stay here regularly for work, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Some rooms could use maintenance, which I’ve noticed on each stay. This time, my TV lost cable or whatever service it uses, and I couldn’t get it working. I still enjoy staying here overall.

Walking from the hotel to the arena was super easy, and I had a great time grabbing a drink at the lovely bar after the hockey game. Derrick checked me in and was beyond kind and helpful. He even offered to help us find restaurants in the area if needed. The room was spacious, smelled wonderful, and had a comfortable bed. Tammy in the breakfast area was the sweetest hostess I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting at a hotel. Absolutely lovely stay, and I’ll definitely come back next time I’m in Dallas!

Ms Tammy’s cheerful help at breakfast was a lovely start to the day. The hotel itself is pretty simple, but the staff and location make it a good pick. Our room had plenty of space, with a bedroom, a small kitchenette, and TVs in both the bedroom and living room. We walked about 8-10 minutes to Uchi for an early happy hour dinner.
