Intown Suites Extended Stay Dallas Tx - Park Central

I really appreciated having a place when I needed it most. My reservation at another Intown Suites location wasn’t honored, but here they found room for me at the last minute even though I hadn’t booked. The grounds staff and housekeeping were professional, easy to approach, and willing to help. Office Management was friendly and personable too. I think that reflects Ms Wilson, who’s knowledgeable, professional, and keeps high standards for the property. After the rude, rigid manager at the other location, this was a welcome change. Thank you.

We’ve been here for several weeks and it’s been a good stay so far. The property is quiet, well lit, and feels safe at night. Maintenance and housekeeping have been professional, and we haven’t seen bugs. At check-in, the pleasant front desk staff and management gave us the first-floor unit we asked for because we have a baby, which we really appreciate. The downsides are that our room keeps smelling like cigarettes and the AC units don’t work very well. We understand there may not be much management can do about that. I’d still recommend this place over Budget Suites Americas Best, Motel 6, and Siegel Select. Thanks for a good experience during a challenging time in life.

It’s unusual in the Hospitality Domain to get this kind of professionalism and top-notch customer service. The managers are awesome, and Ms. TEAVNA in particular is exceptional. This is an excellent facility.

I love it here and won’t stay at Extended Stay American Suites again. The management is excellent, and the housekeeping and regulatory environment have been great. Ms Wilson at the front desk has been especially pleasant every day. I’m very excited for this business. What a dumb!
