Renaissance Dallas Hotel

Destiny and the reception team made me feel like family, and Chris and Rosie were wonderful hosts at the bar. The staff really stood out throughout my stay. The hotel itself is beautiful, with good amenities, parking, and a great location. Asador had reasonable prices and generous portions. I appreciated the toiletries and the nice hot shower. I really enjoyed staying at Renaissance. Great job!

I’ve stayed in more than 50 hotels over the past three years, including luxury and five-star places, and I’ve never had front desk service like this. Destiny, Valerie, and Sha’Kira were consistently kind, helpful, efficient, and warm. They went above and beyond every time and made the stay unforgettable. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I’d give six stars if I could.

Shakira S. made my stay special. She even helped me book an Uber, wrote down meal times in the Lounge and shuttle times to the market, and walked me to the elevator to show me how it worked. She went above and beyond, and I enjoyed every part of my visit. The food in the Elite member lounge was excellent, too. Thank you for a wonderful hotel experience!

We brought in 2026 at the Renaissance hotel in Dallas. The upscale design and decor were lovely, and the staff were helpful and professional. Shakita checked us in and explained the hotel, including the bar and restaurant. We made a dinner reservation, but it wasn’t needed since the place wasn’t crowded. The bartender and bar staff were friendly, and the drinks and food were reasonably priced. We had shrimp empanadas and short ribs. We watched the Dallas fireworks from our room to ring in the new year. It would’ve been a nice bonus if the hotel had hosted a New Year’s event, but we still enjoyed each other’s company. Note that parking isn’t free, it’s $35 per night.
