Breakfast turned out to be a highlight: lots of hot, fresh choices, including eggs, sausage, and waffles, and everything was satisfying. It was helpful to have a restaurant available too, especially after a long day when I didn't want to go far for dinner. Calls were answered promptly, and the staff handled my questions and requests quickly and professionally. The front desk team, especially Tiana, Nieshire, and Kayla, greeted me with warm smiles and genuine kindness from the moment I arrived. They explained things clearly, including the breakfast options. The place was clean and comfortable, and the customer service really stood out. The team went above and beyond to make the stay enjoyable. I'd recommend it as a welcoming place to stay and will return.

We weren't even there for a full day, but LaQuinta charged me twice for several things during our move across the USA, nearly stranding us. They took 1,000 from our account for a night that was only 183 with pet fees. The hotel says it's pet friendly, but I don't think a little accident that didn't destroy anything should lead to a $1,000 charge. They claimed more than one item was damaged, which isn't true. They never called to explain what was damaged, and still couldn't tell us what it was. The room had already been paid for, so their explanation also doesn't make the duplicate room charge make sense. When we called, the manager was suddenly unavailable. A rude, unhelpful woman handled things instead, and no one called us back as promised, even though they had time to reply to this review. Terrible communication and customer service. The doors didn't work, the walls were ugly, and the furniture was old. This hotel isn't pet friendly in any meaningful way if it handles a small accident like that. Never coming back to a LaQuinta. It double charges and piles on hefty fees. Don't recommend ♥️

The driveway can be easy to miss: it's just after an awkward two-way stop, and you need to be in the right-hand lane or you'll pass it. Once there, the location is perfect for the area. My room was quiet, clean, and comfortable, with spotless linens and no marks or someone else's makeup on them. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I'd definitely stay again.

I stayed for a while, and the friendly, cool staff were consistently helpful and ready to make accommodations. The front desk team were the sweetest, including Senka, Kaila, Rochelle, Jason, and others whose names I forgot. Housekeeping were lovely too. I'd recommend this La Quinta. The rooms are always clean, with comfortable beds, a good workspace, a refrigerator, and a microwave. Vans, the restaurant next door, is handy for food. Thanks so much! ✨

We've been here for a week and, so far, it's been a pleasant stay. The hotel is convenient for the places we needed to go, with grocery stores only a couple of minutes away. Breakfast each day has lots of choices and is exceptional, and the coffee is great. The breakfast area and lobby are very nice. They seem to have upgrades planned for the lobby and rooms, so it may be even better next time we travel this way. Vans, the attached restaurant, is good for a quick bite without leaving the property, but it opens at 4pm, so there's no hotel lunch option unless you order Doordash or similar. The staff have been nice and accommodating. The office chair in our room is the best I've sat in, and I've been searching online for one for home without luck. If they plan to sell them during the renovations, please let me know before we leave! We arrived the day after the blizzard of '26, but the parking lot was completely cleared and getting in and out was easy. The wifi drops often, so if you need to work, bring another internet source unless the renovations include an upgrade. Room 108 has a big draft under the heating unit, and carpet nails stick up there, so watch your bare feet. I'm sure they'll fix that during the planned renovations. Aside from those small issues, I'd recommend the hotel and would come back. Thanks for a pleasant stay, LaQuinta!
