The room was quiet and clean, with soft towels, and it’s at the end of a street. Brenda, who works the weekly front desk shift, helped me out several times. The room has two burners, a microwave, and a fridge for storing food, so you can cook there if you want. There was also a nice sized TV and cupboards for your things.

We had to evacuate because of a roach infestation, then were denied a refund because the hotel said we had “cancelled.” No one was at the counter when we tried to report the problem. Manager Brenda hung up on me when I asked for a refund and for her superior’s phone number, since she couldn’t return the original amount we paid. The reply says alternate accommodation was offered, but there was no such offer.

The front desk people were nice, and the customer service was great. Still, I had to switch rooms three times. The first had roaches, the second had mold, and the third still had roaches. I decided to use roach traps there because it was better than being in a mold infested room.

The hallways and parking lot had spills and trash everywhere, and people were smoking marijuana outside the hotel door. My room was filthy when I checked in yesterday. There were drug needles on the floor, so it clearly hadn’t been cleaned after the previous guest. Cigarette butts were all over the bed, which was slanted and broken. They said they issued a refund, but my credit card company says they haven’t. It looked like a homeless camp. Extended Stat America was my first job as a teenager, and it was always so nice back then. This place is garbage. Don’t let your friends or family stay here!
