The room was quiet, the bed fairly comfortable, and most of it was pretty clean, but this Quality Inn didn’t seem well maintained. There were several big, obvious stains on the comforter when we arrived. At breakfast, fruit flies covered the juice machine and the dispensers all had mold. The online photos made it look like there’d be a full hot breakfast with eggs, meat, and potatoes, but the only hot choices were toast or waffles. We also saw mold on a few AC units. When our cards stopped working, staff fixed them after asking only for the room number, with no name or ID. That worried me because someone could find a key, give a random room number, and get in. I get that it’s a cheaper hotel, but keeping equipment and bedding in good shape shouldn’t be difficult. It’s not the worst option, but we won’t return.

Clean rooms and bathroom, and the breakfast was okay. I recommend staying here. Thanks.

Why run a hotel if you’re not going to clean up the property so it can attract decent customers? This place doesn’t seem busy enough for housekeeping to be unable to clean each room properly.

The staff were very friendly, and the gym and pool are really nice. The rooms are nice and clean too, although I found hairs in the bathroom and the conditioner bottles hadn’t been refilled.

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever seen. There were bed bugs, and management didn’t acknowledge the problem or try to fix it. The couch cushion bottoms and mattress had disgusting stains and mold. Don’t stay here!
