Capri Motel

There was no privacy because the bathroom didn’t have a door. The room smelled bad, and I found a bug in the tub. The bed setup was uncomfortable too, with tiny flat pillows and no blankets at all. This stay was extremely disappointing and not worth the money. I wouldn’t recommend it.

I wasn't going to post, but I am. The fire alarms don't work, so be careful. The manager, Ana, came into my room without telling me. I didn't know she was leaving messages on the bed for customers. I have a support dog, and what if he ran out and got killed? I also noticed something had been moved in my room another time. The rooms reek of smoke. When I arrived, there was no fridge or microwave, even though Ana said every room has one. The windows don't lock or don't lock properly, and the door doesn't seem safe. The bathroom vanity is broken and has cigarette stains. The shower curtain is ripped and filthy. The toilet smells, moves on the floor, and there's a hole where it sits. The bathroom fan was so dirty that when I cleaned it as much as I could, dirt and dust fell out. The floors and curtains are nasty too. I swept and cleaned my own room. The sheets and towels are white but aren't washed properly. I have pictures of them. I waited 5 days for clean towels, and there weren't any for me or other guests. We get yelled at when asking, or told there are none. Ana told me several times the towels were locked up in the room. I finally got a couple, but they were gross, dirty, and stained. The TV in one room was broken, and Ana wouldn't move me to another room even though others were available. The cleaning ladies don't speak English and are extremely rude and unprofessional. The front desk staff, especially Ana and the other woman, are extremely rude and unprofessional too. The man who works in the office is also unprofessional and sketchy. Horrible customer service and management. They also lie. I checked the reviews and all I can say is WOW. Check Google and Facebook too, lots has happened here and it's not good. The police are there mostly every day. The inspector and fire department have been there as well. The government needs to get involved, OSHA. I hope this place gets shut down. Please research it before going there. I have more to add in time.

This place is sketchy. A man went missing, and they literally had his cell phone in a bag at the front desk. They probably have serial killers checking in low-key and targeting unsuspecting people like the cab driver. Someone can be hollering and screaming in the next room, and the hotel does nothing. DO NOT GO.

The main lobby smelled awful, and the woman at the front desk didn’t understand English and gave me a hard time even though I had a reservation. I waited 20 minutes in the lobby with nobody around. The rooms were nasty, a trashy place. Never again. I’d rather sleep in my car. What a waste of money.
