The staff were pleasant, and we had a very nice stay. Since we had little ones, a tub would have worked better than a shower-only setup. We also wished there were more towels, maybe around five for three people. Extra towels are always a plus. A microwave in the room would have been nice too.

The rooms look just like the pictures, but the location is far from everything, so be ready to drive. Service seemed badly understaffed. I spent ten minutes on hold after calling the front desk while the employee left to handle Valet. I also found several charges on my account after the stay that no one could explain. I was told to call back the next day, but then only got voicemails.

The rooms have plenty of space and several options, and being downtown makes this an easy place to choose. Just expect city noise. You can hear traffic from the street, so the rooms aren't quiet.

The friendly, warm service from the staff made our stay memorable. AC Hotel is one of the best choices in Dayton, and I'd gladly recommend it to anyone coming here who wants a comfortable, welcoming place.

It's a dependable, convenient spot for a business trip, and I've never had a problem there. The front desk staff are friendly any time of day or night. The $17 breakfast is pretty laughable, though, so I'd plan to eat somewhere else.
