Linda was such a big help, and we appreciated her a lot. She’s super nice and makes sure you have an enjoyable stay. The hotel is clean and nice, and the staff are friendly. The WiFi’s a little bad.

Jessica upgraded my family’s room just because, and we loved it. When I arrived to check in tonight, she was so warm and welcoming, treating me like a friend. Her kindness and generosity really didn’t go unnoticed, and I appreciated the time and care she gave us. The customer service industry could use more people like Jessica. Thank you again!

The staff were super nice, but management seemed rough and unhelpful. Everything was fine during our one-night stay until the next morning, when we found an extra guest in our room. We don’t travel often, and we’d declined points toward a membership we don’t have. Nothing else was done about it. We won’t stay here again because of the obvious roach problem.

This worked well as a road trip stop, with lots of restaurants and gas stations nearby. It’s easy to reach from the interstate but far enough away to be quiet, and there’s plenty of parking. The outside felt safe and peaceful. My room was very quiet and the bed was comfortable, although the hotel seemed pretty empty. The gym was one of the nicest I’ve seen in a hotel, the indoor pool was a decent size, and there’s laundry. Breakfast was solid and well prepared. The sausage links were the best I’ve had at any IHG. The place seemed newer and really clean, and check-in and checkout were easy. The only drawback was the hot water. Based on other reviews, I knew to let it heat up, but it still took about 20 minutes. It’s fine if you’re not in a rush.
