Di Mucci Twin Towers 1607- great ocean views. 2BR 2BA

We were up on the 11th floor and had great views. The buildings are well built, but the condo fees wipe out the value for me. A monthly mortgage on a beachfront home can cost the same, so who wants to own a place and keep paying major fees every month?

The condos are beautiful and peaceful, and the owners and staff are very friendly. Sherry at the office from the south tower is especially delightful and helpful. A lot of amenities around the area are closed or damaged, and beach access is closed too, because of hurricanes Ian and Nichole. Hopefully the missing amenities will be restored soon.

This trip, the ocean was right up against the wall and there was hardly any beach, but I came to rest and relax, and the tower delivered on that. The facilities are always large and work well for a whole family, with lots of food, activities, and bars nearby. It’s just a quick walk along the beach from the pier for excellent seafood and outstanding body marys! I always have a great time at the towers. This was my first stay at the twin towers, though I’ve been to the other site a few times. Having several pools and hot tubs here is convenient.

I’ve rented a condo here several times. The location makes it easy to get around Daytona, and the price is cheaper than a hotel. You can book through Ponce reality online. I suggest unit 1107, it’s very clean and comfortable, with great views. Simply the best.
