Sunrise Beach Club

The staff are wonderful and very helpful, and this is my favorite place to be. The rooms are a little dated but clean. You can cook with an ocean view, and kids can play in the courtyard on luxurious grass right by the ocean. We were here in unit 12 the week of Halloween, carved pumpkins and put them outside our door, and flew kites. We usually swim a lot, but the pool, hot tub, and beach access are temporarily closed. It was only a one minute drive south to get to the beach, though. The property is far from most attractions, and an hour’s drive from a lot of things. I’ll keep coming until the building blows away.

We come back every summer for a couple of weeks to unwind. It’s a great spot, clean, spacious, and family friendly.

SUNRISE BEACH CLUB sits right by the ocean, and the view feels worth a million bucks. There’s a heated pool, a hot tub, and a grilling area, with the office able to provide the utensils. It’s an easy place to vacation and relax, and I love it. As an owner, I’ve had a fabulous experience with both the on-site staff and the management company. The people who manage the property are fantastic, and the staff go out of their way to make guests comfortable. Things can break anywhere, from a toilet that won’t flush to a leaking dishwasher, a toaster that won’t work, or a washer or dryer having trouble. When something does go wrong, this property responds quickly and gets it fixed. My father-in-law, who has since passed away, owned the unit for many years. He and my mother-in-law made it possible for us to have it, and I can’t thank them enough.

The units are nice, and the staff here are great. Since last year's hurricane, Ian, damage has kept the pool, hot tub, and shuffleboard court out of use. The owners, who stay here at different times throughout the year, have been without those amenities. The insurance company and board are working to repair the damage, so hopefully everything will be fixed by next year.
