The service was great, and the hotel is right on the main strip, with plenty of nearby places to eat and shop. Parking wasn't great, though they shuttle you to and from your car. Our room was a little older, and the upstairs restaurant is kind of expensive. Still, it was a good price for a two-bed room with plenty of space and a decent-sized bathroom.

I felt unwelcome the whole time. Nearly every staff member I dealt with was rude and unprofessional, and the hotel and casino were the dirtiest and worst run I've experienced in the area. The room was hot, smelled moldy, and didn't seem clean or well maintained. A lot of the casino machines were out of order, too. Very disappointing, and I wouldn't return.

The people here are amazing, especially helpful right in downtown Deadwood. It's a really cool hotel, and the rooms are large and very nice.

Jocelyn was attentive and friendly, and the service was excellent. The burgers came out hot and flavorful, my salad was fresh and generous, and the beer was very cold. We had lunch at the restaurant and really enjoyed it. I'd recommend both the place and Jocelyn.

What a place! The rooms were clean, and the restaurant and steakhouse were amazing with exceptional service. Try ordering a pancake as a breakfast appetizer!
