The sheets and covers had brown stains, maybe blood, and two roaches crawled down from the ceiling. There was mold in the bathroom shower too. The carpet and floor were filthy, and flies and gnats kept showing up. I tried to heat up food, but the microwave had no plate and was gooey inside, like it hadn't been cleaned after use. I told two staff members, and they said they'd send someone, but nobody came. The bleach smell when we first got into the double bed suite seemed like a sign it was clean from a distance. I booked the cheapest option for two nights a couple of days ago, but I hadn't checked the reviews first. The pictures make it look nice and I get that it's affordable, but be aware the policy says you only get half the booking price back if you leave early. Never again!

After a long workday, walking into a room with blood on the walls, food marks, hair, and an awful carpet was rough. The dresser didn't even have drawers. Netflix was the one good thing. The pictures can tell the rest.

I got a refund because there was no way I was letting my family sleep in that room. The sheets weren't clean and had stains and bodily fluids on them. The pillows had black spots that looked like bed bug droppings, and the mattresses looked like something from a horror show. There was dust on the lamps, and one was missing a bulb. The whole place needs a renovation or to be torn down. They also require a $50 deposit in cash only, which felt very shady to me. I'm pretty sure the room they gave me was a “street walker” room, if you know what I mean.

The front desk clerk was rude when I asked for a refund. She said she doesn't do refunds and I'd have to wait until the GM arrived at 11 the next day. I tried to show her a video of the roach, but she didn't care. I'd asked about roaches before booking and was told they didn't have them and cleaned the rooms. I was there just five minutes before I saw one. The bathroom had hair in the tub and on the washcloth, the floor needed a better sweep, and there was mold in the shower. The room hadn't been cleaned properly. Save your time and money and go elsewhere. I'd rather sleep outside than ever stay here again. Management needs to improve or shut it down.
