The breakfast attendant was so welcoming, and I really liked the yogurt, orange juice, and tea. The eggs weren't great, the bacon was greasy, and the French toast sticks were hard, so breakfast could use work. My room was comfortable for what I needed, if a bit dated for the price. The staff were cordial and made the stay decent. I'd come back to Decatur Hotel and Conference Center. Thanks for the hospitality!

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room cleanup was excellent once requested. We didn't mind having to ask for cleaning. The hotel could use some attention, though: our TV seemed to do what it wanted, and the bathroom faucet handle spun freely. We were there for a conference. The food was mostly unremarkable, except the white mac and cheese was great, and breakfast wasn't worth $12. It also took two nights for the hallway by the elevators to be cleaned. Still, not a bad stay.

After a house fire, my family needed somewhere to stay, and the Decatur Conference Center made a hard time a bit easier. Everyone on staff was very kind and welcoming, and we appreciated that warmth and support. Decatur at its best!

This was horrible. The first room had fleas that started biting us right away. The next one was dirty, with used pillows and towels and trash on the floor. In another room, we found rat droppings on one of the beds behind the pillows. The last room seemed okay, and the heat eventually came on, but it stopped working while we slept. We woke up freezing. Absolutely horrible.

I paid $250 for my son's 7th birthday party here on 12/06/25, after booking in October. Nobody told me the hot tub or sauna wasn't working, and adults had to pay even if they weren't swimming. They also left the lights off the whole time we were having cake and ice cream in the area they gave us. Management said they wouldn't do anything about how his party was run. Awful people, I would never recommend this place for anything.
