I’m a diamond member, but I won’t be coming back to this location. For what I paid, I feel ripped off. I’d asked for the quiet side, yet they put me by the road and I listened to cars all night. The mattress needs replacing: one side sinks badly and the other is lumpy. There’s broken caulk and mold in the shower, and the sheets looked dingy and used up, as if they hadn’t been bleached.

Everything else was good, but the room smelled musty. On the last day the tub clogged, and I ended up showering in ankle-deep water.

I paid $1,700 for a week at this inn, which had been highly recommended, but the stay was terrible. We came for a wedding and were upset throughout. Three times we asked why there’d been no maid service, and each time we came back to an unmade bed, no towels, and no room refresh. We even ran out of toilet paper. The night person on Tuesday the 7th was rude when we asked for help. She yelled because we were upset and only threw towels at us. No toilet paper or coffee, just rudeness. She said the manager didn’t care and neither did corporate. We had to go down every night for towels, and no one would take responsibility. We were too tired to keep fighting for things that should have been done. I feel I’m owed my money back because this ruined most of our stay. If this is what your hotels stand for, it’s a disgrace.

A really peaceful stay. I got to spend part of the day hanging out with one of the workers, who was so nice, and we had coffee together. Had a great time!
