I really love the ladies who work there, especially Miss Sheila at the front desk. They're as nice as can be and will help however they can, as long as you follow their rules, which makes sense. The room was fine, though it could've been cleaner; it was a regular room, not a newly remodeled one. The water pressure is awful. If you've got thick hair, you can't even wash it unless you use the sink. The location was wonderful, and the property is well maintained both outside and in.

The manager was incredibly helpful. She saw me struggling to move a shelf in the fridge and called me when my groceries were delivered, without me even having to ask. Earlier, staff and another guest helped my disabled husband and me carry the groceries in. Everyone, staff and guests, seemed friendly and ready to help. The room was nice and clean, and it was a great value. You need a key card to get back into the building, so random people can't just walk in.

This was a bare-minimum stay, nothing to write home about. The staff were friendly, and I don't blame them, but the room had sticky roach traps that looked fairly new. We weren't too worried at first; then one night my son killed a baby roach crawling on the kitchen counter. Before leaving, I saw a few baby roaches on a trap. The microwave was rusty and clearly hadn't been cleaned thoroughly, with some orange-looking stuff caked under the glass turntable. We only needed it to heat broth, fortunately. The bathroom had mold around the ceiling vent. Shower pressure was weak, with water coming from the shower and lower spigot at the same time, and the handle looked like it had been attached to the wall with a hot glue gun. The water temperature wasn't great either. We like hotter showers, but even with the dial all the way hot and no cold water running, it wasn't hot. The beds weren't comfortable; both seemed higher in the middle than at the edges, almost as if the centers were inflated. The carpet and upholstered chairs looked very old, stained, and dirty. One small hand towel looked clean but had curly hairs stuck to it; the other towels were fine. The sheets and pillowcases looked clean and felt nice. We were trying to rest, but carpet cleaning in the first-floor hallway went on for several hours, from about 1 until 4 or 5. I understand it needs doing, but it wasn't relaxing, and I wish it hadn't lasted so long. We were exhausted after the first night. Quiet matters a lot to me, and the long cleaning session spoiled that part of the stay. Before coming, we called the main number, like an 800 number, and asked if cooking items such as pots, pans, and dishes would be available. We were told yes. After we arrived, another guest said they'd been told the same thing, but apparently it wasn't true. Maybe the person was misinformed, or maybe they wanted the reservation. Bring what you need for an extended stay, because you'll need it. The room was extremely low-end compared with other places I've stayed over the years, especially on vacation. The employees seemed to be doing their best, but whoever owns this “Suite” ought to have to live in these rooms for an extended, extended stay to understand what guests experience. Subpar at best. I gave service a low rating because, apart from showing us to the room, there really wasn't any service, and thankfully we didn't stay long enough for the weekly cleaning.

For an extended stay, it's decent: clean and safe, with very friendly staff. My only complaint was the shower's very weak water pressure.

I've had a great stay. The staff are friendly and respectful, and it's conveniently close to stores and restaurants.
