The billing issue turned into a frightening encounter. When I asked why I was being charged twice for one night and mentioned the employee's attitude, he got more aggressive and tried to come around the desk to confront me physically. Someone had to intervene. He said he'd “been waiting for this,” which was deeply disturbing, especially since he's over six feet tall. From the moment I arrived, he had been loud, dismissive, rude, and unprofessional. Guests shouldn't be threatened over a simple payment question. This is unacceptable behavior in a hotel.

I was visiting for the hot air balloon festival and had a great stay. The room was very clean, and the shower had strong water pressure.

The room was just okay, but the bedding wasn't clean. I had to go downstairs for replacements, and the way I was treated made me feel as if I was asking too much. I wouldn't come back. A male staff member in a purple shirt had walked into our room while we were changing. I shut the door right away and he left. Once dressed, I went to ask why he hadn't knocked. He said he was checking whether housekeeping had left towels. I told him he needs to knock and let guests know before entering, and I recorded the whole conversation. He apologized and said it wouldn't happen again.

An employee from our company had been staying here since September 29 and had a new reservation for another 15 days. The front desk staff member was rude and disrespectful to him, and even yelled at us over the phone, saying he couldn't find the booking. That behavior was highly unprofessional and unacceptable.

The carpet was filthy and badly needed shampooing. It left the bottoms of our feet black, even though the room itself was comfortable. The food was okay. I also couldn't get the front desk to transfer my son's call to my room because of some privacy issue. I'm in poor health, and he's my caretaker, so he needed to reach me.
