Maintenance requests took a long time or were ignored, and calls and emails often went unanswered. When someone did respond, the replies were curt and unhelpful. I found the manager rude and disrespectful, and the management team dismissive and condescending throughout. In response to the comment below: a tenant should be able to speak with their property manager without being interrupted. Calling it “swapping out” leaves out what was actually being proposed. This manager’s lack of professionalism is astounding. I’d avoid renting an apartment from her. It’s easier to deal with people who listen and have respectful conversations.

In all my years, this is the worst management I’ve dealt with. They seem to care about the money and not the people renting there, and are unfriendly and not business oriented. There are much better places in Deerfield Beach with kind, helpful, welcoming management that aren’t just looking out for themselves. Just a warning, stay away from beach villas of Deerfield Beach.

They make it hard to feel comfortable by treating clients like they’re all unethical. Not easy to work with. Skip it!

Our rent has gone up twice in 12 months, most recently by $300, with little warning. The units have roaches and termites, and many tenants have already left. We’re next. The management is the worst in FL, hands down. Stay away from all properties managed by SUNNY SIDE IN FL LLC. Slum lords at best. I’m filing a complaint with BBB next.

You can walk to the beach and restaurants from this great building. The staff are professional and responsive. Highly recommend!
